Contact & Support / Grievance
How to seek help with orders, products, payments and privacy once Jalad Bazaar launches.
Content updated: 7 October 2026
Jalad Bazaar is preparing for launch. The mobile app is under development; ordering, delivery and payment processing are not live. These pages explain the intended customer experience and will be updated before launch where necessary.
Support channels at launch
Dedicated customer-care channels, support hours and grievance contact details are not yet final. Confirmed details will be published here before commercial launch. This page currently does not accept messages or claims.
Order, refund and replacement help
When available, use the app's order-specific Help / Refund / Replacement pathway or the published support channel. Share the order reference, affected items and a brief description. Useful photographs or videos may help, but their absence will not automatically invalidate a genuine complaint. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or full payment credentials with support.
Food safety and product quality
For suspected unsafe or spoiled goods, stop using or consuming the item and report promptly through the published channel when available. Keep packaging, batch and date details where reasonably safe. If urgent medical care is needed, seek it immediately rather than wait for customer support.
Payment issues and privacy requests
For a payment issue, provide the order reference, amount and a limited transaction reference rather than full credentials. Privacy requests may concern access, correction, deletion, consent or a privacy complaint; use the published support or privacy contact when available. Identity verification should be proportionate to the request.
Unresolved complaints
When support is available, consumer complaints should be acknowledged within 48 hours and handled as early as practicable. Applicable grievance-resolution requirements, including redress within one month where required, will be followed. The nature of an issue may affect the investigation; customers should receive updates rather than be left without a response.
If an issue remains unresolved, request escalation through the published grievance channel and quote the earlier complaint reference. Your right to approach the appropriate consumer authority or seek another remedy under applicable Indian law remains unaffected.
Complaints should be handled fairly without retaliation, discrimination or automatic rejection because of an earlier complaint. Only reasonably necessary evidence should be requested. A refusal should have a clear reason and escalation route; a complaint should not be closed simply because one support message went unanswered. External remedies may include the appropriate consumer authority, food-safety authority, bank/payment provider or data-protection authority where applicable.
